Hi, I am Juan,
certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and founder of WAVE and this is my journey.
Embarking on my career journey at American Express in 2000, I delved into the operations department before my manager presented an opportunity: participation in the Lean Six Sigma program. Recognizing its potential for career advancement, I eagerly immersed myself, discovering a profound passion for the methodology.

Following a transformative trip to Japan, where I witnessed Lean principles in action at Toyota, I dedicated myself to refining Lean Six Sigma strategies across diverse global sectors. From finance to automotive, insurance to IT, I've optimized processes in countless industries, fostering efficiency and innovation. Upon joining BNP Paribas, I spearheaded departments focused on Continuous Improvement, Innovation, and Corporate Social Responsibility. As Chief Quality Officer, I led the Business Excellence team, driving excellence across all facets of the organization.

In 2020, I established WAVE-Business Excellence Footprint, a digital training company driven by my unwavering commitment.
My mission is twofold:

My unique perspective stems from dual roles—I've walked the path of a junior employee navigating global deployment programs and later ascended to the ranks of C-level management, spearheading these very rollouts.
